If you can't be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the driver to leave your goods at your doorstep, neighbor, reception or in a location around the property that you are happy with. If your order includes indoor plants, we cannot leave them outside the house where there are so much of sunlight exposure. In these instances, we will not require a signature. But our delivery team will take a photo where it was left and send to you by WhatsApp or email as confirmation.

Orders can be collected within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. A confirmation call, message, email will notify the customer once the order is ready for collection. SeeBuy and Collect.
